Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer with strong experience in MEP systems for data center construction or fit-out projects. This role ensures that all MEP works are executed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications, with a strong focus on documentation, inspections, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout various project phases.
• Review method statements, inspection & test plans (ITP), shop drawings, and material submittals for quality compliance.
• Monitor and verify installation works for HVAC, power systems, fire protection, UPS, and other critical MEP components.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support commissioning activities by validating systems readiness and adherence to QA/QC protocols.
• Prepare and maintain project quality reports and inspection records.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to quality and compliance.
