General Overview
Quality Control Coordinator ensures that offtakes (Rubber) quality measurement can be done accurately and smoothly. Quality Control Coordinator is also responsible to train Field Operation Team & Micro Collectors regarding quality measurement processes.

Roles and responsibilities
Overall
- Train Field Operation on offtakes harvest (Rubber) quality measurement and pricing in order for Field Operation to train Micro Collectors
- Develop and update training material for offtake (Rubber) quality checking and its relationship with price
- Incorporate training results and feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Manage quality measuring equipment procurement and maintenance
- Develop and update quality measurement guideline
- Introduce innovation and technology to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of quality assessment
Pre-harvest season
- Manage branch level equipment procurement by determining the equipment demand for branch
- Ensure existing tools and Quality Assessment equipment are properly maintained and calibrated for the offtakes harvest
Harvest season
- Distribution and collection of tools and equipment to Collection centers for Micro collector use during offtakes harvest
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural engineering or Agrotechnology.
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in quality measurement especially for Rubber commodity.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and local Language
- Preferred to have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Willing to be placed in the Lampung
