Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, especially in automation testing.
• Familiar with programming languages like Java or similar, and experienced in testing Mobile Web, Android, iOS, and APIs.
• Good understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and release processes.
• Proficient in tools like Postman, JIRA, MySQL, IntelliJ IDEA, and Swagger.
• Experience in fintech or blockchain projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance/stress testing (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Develop, document, and maintain test cases and validation reports.
• Perform functional, regression, and stress testing, and analyze the results.
• Clearly document bugs and test outcomes in a structured and organized manner.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product quality before release.
• Apply knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language in test development.
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong ownership.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, within cross-functional teams.
