Job Description
  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Assist in assigning & calling shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region
Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work in day or night shift
  • Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in Customer Service
