Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior or Mid-Level Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality products through meticulous testing and critical analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and identify potential defects, edge cases, and risks through critical and structured testing.
• Investigate, document, and communicate bugs effectively while conducting root cause analyses to recommend practical and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and resolution of quality issues.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing to ensure product stability and functionality.
• Stay current with emerging tools, testing methodologies, and technologies to continuously improve QA processes.
• For mid to senior levels: lead test planning and prioritization, mentor junior QA engineers, and ensure adherence to quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Tester (minimum 3–5 years, depending on level).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate edge cases and hidden issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• For mid to senior roles: demonstrated leadership in QA planning, mentoring, and maintaining testing best practices.
