About the Role

Join the team at PT Indonesia Defence Services as a Quality Assurance Officer based in South Tangerang Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality across the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be well versed with group company manuals, SOPs, forms and relevant regulation/legislation applicable.
• Maintain, revise and implement and control the Quality Management System (QMS), Safety Management System (SMS) & standardization in the group.
• Assist in the performance of internal audits and follow‑up actions.
• Conduct Quality & Safety inspections and summary reporting within the group.
• Conduct internal Quality & Safety induction training, toolbox briefing and other mandatory training.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations (as required) and recommend appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in external audits, etc.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.
