About the role

As the Sr. Quality Assurance at PT. Uwinfly Indonesia Industries', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's manufacturing processes and products meet the highest quality standards. This contract position is based in Semarang, Central Java, and will involve overseeing all quality control initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement robust quality management systems and procedures to monitor and improve product quality
• Responsible for testing new vehicle models both internally and at authorized testing institutions.
• Responsible for conducting training on usage standards and operating procedures for new vehicle models.
• Responsible for evaluating issues in new vehicle models, implementing improvements, and ensuring closed-loop resolution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements
• Responsible for analyzing and handling customer complaints.
• Generate detailed quality reports for management and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor or a similar quality control role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in Japanese manufacturing automotive quality assurance.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
