Job summary

Job Descriptions: Responsible for ensuring compliance with Halal regulations and GMP standards by preparing and implementing Halal procedures, monitoring production processes, and maintaining the Halal Product Assurance System. This role includes coordinating with internal teams, conducting vendor audits, preparing reports, and ensuring corrective and preventive actions while staying updated with the latest halal and regulatory requirements.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Halal certification, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Halal regulations, Halal Product Assurance System, and GMP standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Certification in Halal Assurance System or GMP training is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality reporting systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
