Job summary

PT Xtremax Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen our quality practices and move from manual tests toward automation, ensuring test coverage, reliability, and delivery confidence across projects.

You will design and execute test strategies, build and maintain automated scripts, collaborate with developers and ops in CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to QA improvements while communicating risks in English. Experience with Cypress or Selenium and SDLC knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable University.
• 3–5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, or similar).
• Experience contributing to automation framework development or improvement.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) and software testing principles.
• Good understanding of API, backend, frontend concepts, and basic coding structure.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

You are expected to combine strong testing fundamentals with analytical thinking to improve test coverage, reliability, and delivery confidence across projects.

• Experience in performance testing or large-scale systems is a plus.
