A leading logistics firm in Jakarta is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to assist in developing and maintaining health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of D3/S1 education with QHSE Certification, excellent administrative skills, and proficiency in English. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in QHSE are preferred. This role involves coordinating QHSE activities and delivering training to staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3/S1 from any discipline with formal qualification on QHSE Certification.
• Experience in QHSE position for more than 5 years.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CMS/QHSE Manager in developing and implementing Health and Safety programs.
• Coordinate QHSE activities within the company and its group.
• Conduct incident investigations and report findings.

Overview

Min. D3/S1 from any discipline with formal qualification on QHSE Certification. Good proficiency in English ( reading, writing, speaking ). Good administrative and Field operations skill. Excellent Administrative and computer literacy is compulsory (Proficiency in Msword,MsExcel,Outlook,Pdf).

Responsibilities

• To assist the CMS/QHSE Manager in developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, auditing and supervising Health, Safety, programs at Jakarta office and all Branches.
• Responsible to coordinate QHSE activities within PT EL as well as EL's group.
• To assist CMS/ QHSE Manager on Field Logistics Project.
• Conduct Incident investigation and report to CMS/ QHSE Manager.
• Deliver QHSE Training to the internal organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 from any discipline with formal qualification on QHSE Certification.
• Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Good administrative and field operations skills.
• Excellent administrative and computer literacy; proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PDF.
• Experience and qualification in Dangerous Goods transport/handling is advantageous.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Experience in QHSE position for more than 5 years.
