About the role

We are seeking a talented QCC Consultant to join our team at PT Arisamandiri Pratama' in Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah. As a QCC (Quality Control Circle) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement and process optimisation initiatives across our client engagements. This is a contract position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate the implementation of QCC methodologies and techniques in PT Arisamandiri Pratama
• Provide expert guidance and training quality control tools and problem-solving techniques
• Analyse client processes and data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality enhancement strategies
• Document and share best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of QCC initiatives

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (10+ years) as a QCC or quality management consultant
• Deep expertise in quality control tools and methodologies, such as 7 Tools, New 7 Tools, Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change
• Experience in the Konsultasi & Strategi and Konsultasi Manajemen & Perubahan industries
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
