Job description

We are looking for an experienced QC Supervisor to join our team at a leading ceramics manufacturing company in Indonesia. This role is responsible for ensuring all Quality Control (QC) and laboratory operations run effectively—from raw materials to finished products.

If you have experience in QC, QA/QC, laboratory testing, or quality management in a manufacturing environment, this position is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Quality Control and laboratory operations
• Lead and develop the QC/Lab team to ensure accurate testing and reporting
• Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods
• Ensure all QC and laboratory activities comply with SOPs, ISO standards, and safety protocols
• Analyze laboratory results to support process improvement and product enhancement
• Collaborate with Production and R&D teams on quality stability and product development
• Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QC Supervisor, Lab Supervisor, QA/QC, or similar role in manufacturing/ceramics
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing, raw material testing, and product quality control
• Familiar with ISO standards and quality management systems
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
