Job summary

Haleon is seeking a QC SLIMS Project Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Jakarta Timur site. You will support SLIMS implementation from requirements to post-go-live, collaborating with lab users and QA to ensure compliant system configurations and validated workflows.

You will assist with CSV activities, validation documents, and test execution to ensure the LIMS platform delivers reliable, quality data in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist / Chemistry / Computer Science, or other relevant scientific/technical disciplines.
• At least one year of experience in the pharmaceutical or an associated industry.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes, laboratory activities and system fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Gather laboratory business requirements and translate them into system requirements and LIMS configurations.
• Configure and verify laboratory workflows in LIMS.
• Collaborate with laboratory users and stakeholders to resolve system and process issues.
• Support Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities in line with GxP and site requirements.
• Prepare and/or execute validation documentation, including USP, GxP risk assessments, Validation Plans and PQ protocols.
• Execute test scripts and maintain objective evidence to demonstrate that the configured system performs as intended.
