Quality Control Desk Collection

Location: Yogyakarta.

• Relevant professional background, familiarity with the collection industry, and understanding of the collection process and laws and regulations.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with the collection team and other departments.
• Strong data analysis and processing skills, able to independently complete data collation and analysis.
• Strong sense of responsibility and work motivation, able to assume certain work pressure and challenges.
• Proficiency in relevant collection tools and software, with certain computer application skills.
• Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Implement collection quality control standards according to company requirements, assess the performance and performance of collectors, and make suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that the collection process is in compliance with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements, and handle violations.
• Develop and implement collection quality control plans and monitor the progress and quality of work of collectors.
