Ensure product quality consistency to fulfil customers' requirements in an effective and efficient way and provide reporting to relevant party on time and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure to do external calibration for laboratory and production equipment according to schedule.
• Manage and supervise day‑to‑day scheduling of analyst tasks and improve analyst skills by implementation development/training plan.
• Act as a focal point for problem‑solving related to quality and provide a recommended solution and follow‑up.
• Ensure implementation of system management requirements and monitoring compliance with legal regulations related to quality.
• Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve final products, processes, and services to meet established quality standards.
• Ensure all testing methods are standardized and updated.
• Laboratory safety, 5S & Sustainability.
• Act as PIC area responsibility & ESHA leader to ensure implementation of ESHA program (incl 5S), legal compliance, and waste management in the Laboratory.
• Act as team members on Continuous Improvement, Halal, Product stewardship, and Food Safety Team to ensure implementation of Management System (ISO 9001, Halal, CPS, Responsible Care, and HACCP) in the Laboratory according to Clariant guidance.
• Ensure all Laboratory and Quality document‑related system management is available and updated in the Intelex system.
• Contribute to conducting internal audit/ inspection/ assessment on site and follow up findings with the related department within the due date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years in Laboratory on manufacturing chemicals company.
• At least 3 years in handling of system management.
