Job summary

A Plastic Manufacturing company in Cikarang is looking for a QC Assistant Manager to oversee all quality control operations. The ideal candidate will lead the QC team, ensuring product quality meets company standards. Responsibilities include reporting, resolving quality issues, and supporting improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 3 years of experience in QC management, preferably in a Japanese environment. Proficiency in ISO standards is required, and Japanese language skills will be a plus.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of working experience as QC Assistant Manager in a Japanese Automotive or Plastic Manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of QC 7 Tools.
• Japanese skill will be an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• More than 3 years of working experience as QC Assistant Manager in a Japanese Automotive or Plastic Manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and QC 7 Tools.
• Able to work under pressure, good attention to details, good communication skill, and good leadership.
• Japanese skill will be an advantage.
