Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Quality Control professional to conduct daily QC data analysis and generate performance reports. Job description
Overview

Perform daily QC data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to monitor and evaluate quality performance. Investigate customer complaints by evaluating retain samples to identify root causes and ensure quality consistency. Issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for all finished goods inspections, ensuring all products released to customers strictly meet quality specifications. Prepare and maintain standard wet inks and color proofs as official references for daily quality control operations. Organize the storage of wet and proof samples to ensure efficient traceability in the event of quality issues or customer complaints. Execute equipment calibration, including data processing and reporting, to maintain measurement accuracy and compliance. Adhere to Integrated Management System procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/SMK3, ISO 17025) to ensure operational compliance and minimize internal or external audit findings.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within a relevant manufacturing industry.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP (Quality Inspection module) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Essential expertise in Gas Chromatography (GC), with a minimum of 2 years of practical application.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) instrumentation and testing.
  • Strong technical competency in chemical analysis, combined with excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and process development skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with professional fluency in English (both verbal and written).
