About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QE Supervisor / New Product Development to join our team at PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara in Purwakarta, West Java.

What you’ll be doing:

Quality Assurance (QA) Scope:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain quality documentation, control plans, and inspection reports.
• Handle customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Quality Engineering (QE) Scope:

• Manage the application of Core Tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement projects/New Product Development using PDCA, 8D, DMAIC, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to improve processes and reduce defects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QA/QC/QE Supervisor or Quality Engineer in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (intermediate) for reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams.
• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
