PT TOTAL BANGUN PERSADA Tbk is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead QA/QC activities for MEP works across Indonesian project sites, with a focus on Data Center construction. Aufgaben

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities for MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and applicable codes.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality-related matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor non-conformities (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain quality records and documentation, and support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quality assurance and control procedures, inspection and testing, and applicable standards and specifications.

Familiarity with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and quality documentation.

Proven leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Willing to be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
