Our client is Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and implement a plan to establish and maintain product or service quality standards.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and certifications to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Track and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Implement initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of products or services.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to integrate quality practices and resolve quality issues.
• Ensuring that products or services meet customer expectations and resolving quality-related complaints.
• Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management.
• Developing and delivering training programs to increase quality awareness throughout the organization.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Good English communication skills (above conversational level).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA/QC Manager.
• Experience in a steel manufacturing company (Japanese company experience is an advantage).
• Stable career background.
• Willing and able to commute between two work locations: Karawang and Cibitung.
