Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources and legal entities for the factory. Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, and resolving employee relations issues.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the factory environment.
  • Recruit and hire new employees, including production workers, maintenance technicians, and other factory personnel.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and workers' compensation laws.
  • Resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for factory employees.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for factory employees.
  • Advise factory management on HR matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those pertaining to factory workers.
