QA Engineer – MVP Launch (Remote, Indonesia)

We're preparing our MVP launch and are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing product team. You should be passionate about quality, detail‑oriented, and excited to help shape a product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for all critical modules (Auth, Payments, Scheduling, AI Test, Dashboards).
• Manage the QA suite and Feature Maturity Matrix using Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards.
• Maintain bug reports, track defects by severity, and verify fixes in staging and production.
• Build E2E automation (Playwright or Cypress) using data‑testid standards from our registry.
• Collaborate with devs to integrate nightly regression tests and smoke checks in CI/CD.

• Participate in QA retrospectives and continuously improve processes, coverage, and tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of QA experience in web or SaaS environments.
