We're preparing our MVP launch and are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing product team. You should be passionate about quality, detail‑oriented, and excited to help shape a product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for all critical modules (Auth, Payments, Scheduling, AI Test, Dashboards).
- Manage the QA suite and Feature Maturity Matrix using Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Maintain bug reports, track defects by severity, and verify fixes in staging and production.
- Build E2E automation (Playwright or Cypress) using data‑testid standards from our registry.
- Collaborate with devs to integrate nightly regression tests and smoke checks in CI/CD.
- Contribute to release readiness scoring per feature and sign off on MVP builds.
- Participate in QA retrospectives and continuously improve processes, coverage, and tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience in web or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of manual testing, test design, and bug life cycle.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated E2E tests (Playwright or Cypress).
- Familiarity with NestJS/REST APIs testing.
- Knowledge of QA documentation tools (Google Sheets and ClickUp).
- Attention to detail and ability to write clear test cases and bug reports.
- Excellent communication in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS dashboards, or multi‑role applications (Student/Teacher/Admin).

This is a contract‑based, on‑site role for a QA Engineer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
