Responsibilities

  • Communicate product quality issues with program and customer requirements
  • Conduct inspection data analysis and define top problems; conduct meetings for corrective measures
  • Compile and analyze quality performance for management review
  • Conduct internal audit
  • Ensure quality inspection/improvement activities
  • Generate quality‑related work instructions
  • Investigate causes of non‑conforming software and train users
  • Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

  • Report quality problems/defects to manager or senior management

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing field
  • Ability to perform FA activities
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and 8D
  • Ability to conduct VDA6.3, VDA6.5, BIQS, IATF internal audit, AIAG CQ‑17
  • Ability to facilitate improvement program using tools such as QCC, Six Sigma methodology, lean manufacturing
  • Ability to perform SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP related to quality
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise test plans and test cases
  • Hands‑on experience with both white‑box and black‑box testing
  • Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing (plus)

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Industrial Business Segment team.

Responsibilities
  • Run the Outgoing Quality Assurance to ensure products meet customer requirements before delivery
  • Ensure OQA buy‑off operation meets production needs and support requirements made by Planning Dept; work with Production and Logistics to achieve KPIs
  • Maintain measuring machines, equipment, and other supporting measuring tools
  • Manage feedback from internal and external customers and work with process owners for part quality resolution
  • Track and drive field returns units with process owners related to customer return or secondary process quality issues
  • Conduct internal regular PIA and SCA audits; follow audit schedule and close items
  • Provide daily support for operational delivery preparation and reporting to customers
  • Provide weekly and monthly report submission to management and drive corrective action for top 3 defects; work with process owners for continuous improvement
  • Manage buy‑off final PP parts of plating and drive improvement
  • Support customer regular visit/audit preparations following the customer window information
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in quality roles overseeing large groups and experience in QMS responsibility an advantage
  • Knowledge and certification as an auditor for IATF 16949/ISO 9001/14001 a plus
  • Experience managing quality system and internal process audit
  • Experience in plating/coating industrial company an advantage
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Knowledge of 8D methodology; statistical tools such as cause‑and‑effect analysis, SPC, MSA/GRR, FMEA & QC tools and Six Sigma trained is a plus
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and knowledge in GDT
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
