About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our manufacturing team at Shengnuowei Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd. in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting market research to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable contract terms
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining positive relationships to ensure reliable delivery
• Identifying opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensuring all purchasing activities comply with our internal policies and relevant regulations
• Providing regular reports on purchasing activities, spend, and supplier performance

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
