We are looking for a Purchasing Staff for a new residence in Seminyak.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum High School/Diploma, preferably D3/S1 in Accounting, Administration, or Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), VHP, and email correspondence.
  • Understands basic purchasing administration and stock recording.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and maintains integrity.
  • Understands purchasing flow and hotel procedures.
  • A ble to request and coordinate with approved vendors.
  • Skilled in creating PO, price comparison, and tracking order status.
  • Purchases only from registered vendors per hotel policy.
  • Reports purchasing results, price comparison, and order status to GA Supervisor.
  • Has varied vendor references that meet 5-star hotel standards.
  • Executes purchasing process from PR to PO with complete documentation.
  • Coordinates with users to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Ensures quantity and quality checks before purchase and acts quickly on delays or stock issues.
