The Role

Responsibilities

• Develop annual procurement plans and budgets to ensure a stable supply chain
• Select, evaluate, and maintain high-quality suppliers to build long-term partnerships
• Responsible for negotiating procurement contracts, comparing prices, and reviewing purchase orders
• Track the processes of procurement, transportation, and material warehousing
• Analyze market trends and forecast price fluctuations and supply risks
• Coordinate with the finance department to approve payments and control costs
• Prepare procurement records and supplier databases to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with project, warehouse, and logistics departments to optimize inventory levels
• Supervise the performance of the procurement team and ensure process compliance
• Report procurement costs and efficiency improvement plans regularly to management

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 3 years experience ideally as a Buying / Procurement within Real Estate and Transport & Logistics.
• You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
