Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure consistent supply of quality products that meet company standards.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal cost efficiency and target profit margins.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, focusing on delivery timeliness, product quality, and reliability.

Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure alignment with inventory and budget plans.
