Job Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and responsiveness.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Negotiate and price to secure best terms for the company.
• Receive indent and ICN and conduct meetings.
• Create production and delivery plans.
• Develop capacity plans.
• Plan imports.
• Calculate shortages.
• Avoid line stops.
• Coordinate with all departments for smooth production and delivery to all customers.
• Conduct capacity meetings and follow up with all departments.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time.
