Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Liaise with Japanese management and suppliers to ensure alignment on QCD targets.
- Monitor and control purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
- Evaluate and assess supplier performance, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and data analysis in English for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and finance to support project timelines.
- Support implementation of purchasing policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
