Job description

Plan, coordinate, and execute public relations activities to support event communication strategies and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, influencers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective media coverage. Manage press invitations, press conferences, media center operations, and publication processes before, during, and after events. Coordinate VIP and protocol arrangements, including guest handling, government relations, and stakeholder engagement. Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and official communication materials aligned with event branding and key messages. Support onsite event operations by ensuring smooth coordination between PR, media, and protocol teams.

Monitor media coverage, compile post-event clippings, and prepare PR performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance administration, preferably in the event, exhibition, or project-based industry. Familiarity with client invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation processes. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR processes. Detail-oriented with high accuracy in managing financial data and documents. Able to handle billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments professionally. Experience handling event-based invoicing (exhibitors, sponsors, vendors). Understanding of bank reconciliation and onsite payment support during events.
