Key Responsibilities :

• Analyzes the recruitment process performance and prepares the recruitment dashboards
• Conduct recruitment and right placement in company in order to achieve company's targets
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Analyzes the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
• Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them
