Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is seeking a procurement support role to assist in purchasing goods, licensing of building operational equipment, and administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly at Alam Sutera.

Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with at least 1 year of procurement experience are preferred. Knowledge of BOQ is a plus, and the position is based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but candidates with min. 1 year of experience in procurement field are preferred (experience in property industry is a plus).
• Good knowledge of vendor purchasing practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera.
