About the Role:
  • Lead daily mall operations, ensuring smooth coordination across tenant relations, marketing, maintenance, and finance functions.
  • Drive foot traffic and tenant performance through event planning, promotional activities, and effective space utilization.
  • Manage budgets, revenue targets, billing, and collections, while ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards.
  • Oversee vendor performance, facility maintenance, and safety procedures to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and local stakeholders, resolving issues proactively and promoting business growth.
  • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of on‑site staff, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
About You:
  • Bachelorâ™s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mall or retail property management (ideally as Center Manager or Property Manager, or having experience as Head/Chief of Marketing Communications, Chief of Tenant Relations, or Finance/Business).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Creative and passionate about retail operations, events, and customer experience.
  • Flexible to work on weekends on a rotational schedule as required for mall events and operations (1‑2 times per month).
