Job summary

AppFuxion Consulting in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Test Coordinator to align testing readiness with stakeholders, collect and validate test cases and data, and ensure all test cases are executed and documented. You will support testers and business users throughout the process, coordinate issue resolution with environment teams, manage testing administration, and maintain testing documentation and MoMs for accurate reporting.

Familiarity with JIRA/ALM/QC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of SDLC, particularly SIT, UAT, and other testing phases.
• Knowledge of testing lifecycle concepts (Test Preparation, Execution Support, Defect Lifecycle).
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and coordination skills in testing.
• Familiarity with Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing.
• Experience with JIRA and ALM/QC for test management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing readiness with stakeholders.
• Collect and validate test cases, test scenarios, test data, and other testing requirements.
• Ensure all test cases are executed and properly documented.
• Support follow-ups with testers and business users throughout testing.

• Support daily testing administration and coordination per Test Manager.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain testing documentation in a structured, accessible manner.
• Prepare MoM, manage action items, and follow up on progress.
• Collect and consolidate testing progress for reporting.
• Support the preparation of testing status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Manage meeting schedules, invitations, and other testing-related admin.
• Ensure documents comply with formats, standards, and governance requirements.
• Support audit processes, compliance reviews, and regulatory documentation when needed.

Job description

• Ensure all test cases are executed and properly documented


• Support follow-ups with testers and business users throughout the testing process


• Support issue resolution related to environment issues or bugs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders


• Support daily testing administration and coordination activities as directed by the Test Manager


• Prepare, manage, and maintain testing documentation in a structured and accessible manner


• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), manage action item lists, and follow up on their progress


• Collect and consolidate testing progress from various stakeholders for reporting purposes


• Support the preparation of testing status reports, dashboards, and periodic presentations


• Manage meeting schedules, invitations, and other administrative requirements related to testing activities


• Ensure all testing documents comply with applicable formats, standards, and governance requirements


• Support audit processes, compliance reviews, and regulatory documentation requirements when needed

Requirement:

• Understanding of SDLC, particularly SIT, UAT, and other testing phases
