Job summary

A leading sportswear company in Jakarta is seeking a Project Supervisor to support store development projects. You will collaborate with various partners to ensure store designs meet high standards. Ideal candidates have a degree in Interior Architecture, at least 2 years of retail design experience, and strong project management and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative store concepts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in retail design field, preferably experience in the sport or clothing industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the development, prepare timeline and monitor construction works for adidas Franchise stores and SIS projects.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage fixtures order & warehouse fixtures for pop-up stores.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues.

Job description

The Project Supervisor, Store Development will support the implementation of store development process by working closely with Franchise partner, contractor, Fit Out Mall, warehouse team, Sales team, and all stakeholders. They will ensure the store design execution meets adidas standards and exceed expectations for all adidas projects, including new stores, pop-up stores, renovations, and adidas Shop In Shop (SIS) concept in multibrand stores.

Job Responsibilities
  • Co-lead the development, prepare timeline and monitoring construction works for adidas Franchise stores and SIS projects in multibrand stores
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
  • Manage fixtures order & warehouse fixtures, especially for pop-up store
  • Maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders, contractors, adidas partner, and providing regular updates on project status
  • Identifying and resolving project-related issues, troubleshooting challenges, and finding solutions
