About the role

As a Site Supervisor at CASSA DESIGN, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya, and you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and material usage
• Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks that arise during the construction process
• Provide regular progress updates to the project management team
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules

• Extensive experience as a Project Supervisor, preferably in the interior build industry
