Job description

The role covers a wide scope focusing on all areas of the customer development, lead spec-to-order demand creation, and drive sales growth initiatives. This role suits a highly motivated individual looking to grow and expand their responsibility. Solution-based offerings experience in access solutions, project, architectural and hardware industry preferable.

Key responsibilities

To meet and exceed budget targets on sales and gross margin targets for ASSA ABLOY Indonesia in Projects segment focusing in Residential.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.

Devise and implement effective Sales, Marketing, and Specifications strategies to achieve short and long-term operational and financial objectives.

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.

Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with industry experts and partners including Architects, Developers, Main Contractors, Doors Partners, and System Integrators.

Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Finance teams to strategically price and position products, optimizing overall segment margins.

Ensure compliance with state regulations, ASSA ABLOY policies, and procedures, while providing personnel with comprehensive product and commercial training.

Collaborate with the specification team and Supply Chain for accurate demand forecasting, enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

Strong business ethics, personal qualities of integrity & credibility.

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with 8+ years building products industry experience and strong network connections.

Proficient in consultative sales, project sales lifecycle, and reading floor plans/specifications.

Excellent English communication, computer literacy (MS Office), and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities to influence and interact at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated business acumen and leadership to motivate teams and achieve company goals.
