Job description

Responsible for the courier incentive schemes and efficiency evaluation. Ensure that the incentive plans are reasonable and achievable for couriers. Accountable for promoting delivery-based incentive programs and analyzing their effectiveness.

Position 2

Responsible for mapping the delivery area for branches and couriers, including the initial application of the three-segment code. Review and evaluate the logic and coverage of the area mapping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
