Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the consultation, design, and construction of remote camp facilities for clients in the mining and energy sectors. This role oversees the full project cycle client consultation and concept development to site execution and commissioning, ensuring delivery aligned with the company’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for new remote camp developments, upgrades, and expansions.
  • Coordinate concept and detailed design in collaboration with engineering, catering operations, and HSE teams to ensure camp functionality and compliance with client standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, including layout planning, utilities, waste systems, and logistical arrangements.
  • Manage project budgeting, cost control, procurement strategy, and timeline execution under remote site conditions.
  • Supervise construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, serving as Aden’s main technical and commercial point contact throughout project stages.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to Aden’s operational and sustainability standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and handover documentation for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation in camp design efficiency, modular solutions, and sustainable construction practices.
  • Support business development by contributing to technical proposals and project presentations for new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management; Master’s Degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in remote camp or industrial facility projects.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary design and construction teams across remote or mining environments.
  • Strong understanding of camp layout design, accommodation facilities, kitchen & laundry systems, utilities (power, water, waste), and support infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with BOOT, EPC, or Design-Build project models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, risk, and subcontractor performance effectively.
  • Hands‑on experience in construction supervision, QA/QC, and HSE implementation at remote sites.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to interface with clients such as Vale, Amman, or Freeport.
  • Conversational English level.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to remote locations across Indonesia.
  • For this position, the client’s budget is between 20.000.000 - 30.000.000 /month
