We are a growing custom furniture company in Bali, producing high-quality laminate and wood furniture for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a Customer Manager / Project Manager who will handle client communication, manage project details, coordinate with designers and production teams, and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, loves working with clients, and can manage multiple projects at once.

Client Communication & Coordination

• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person meetings
• Understand client needs and translate them into a clear project brief
• Explain materials, finishes, and furniture specifications to clients
• Provide updates and keep clients informed throughout the project

Project Management

• Create detailed briefs for the designer and ensure accurate technical drawings
• Coordinate with designers and verify all dimensions & materials before production
• Prepare timelines for each project and ensure deadlines are met
