Job summary

GE Healthcare Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager Installation (PMI) to lead wing-to-wing projects for Diagnostic Imaging, owning planning, site prep, installation and training to meet global standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5 years cross-functional experience, strong PM skills, and willingness to travel with a customer-focused, proactive mindset.

You will coordinate with sales, services, contractors and customers and manage risk in a structured QA/EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or related field.
• 5 years experience in cross-functional project integration, sales and service support.
• Strong project management skills required.
• Knowledge in construction field with local regulations and global standard codes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly.

• Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity from feasibility to project closure.
• Deliver the project and manage contractors and 3rd parties to comply with GE QA and EHS requirements.
• Act as liaison between GE and the customer team; work with customer facilities and general contractors.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting satisfaction and targets.
• Maintain a risk log and develop action plans for resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and services while owning PM and implementation for Diagnostic Imaging.

Job Description Summary

The Project Manager Installation (PMI) is part of Healthcare Project Management (HPM), responsible for managing wing to wing projects of GE Healthcare (GEHC) business, owns the project management and implementation process for GEHC Diagnostic Imaging, including sales order review, customer meeting, project planning, design/layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation, issue resolution, GE resources coordination which includes product shipping logistics, installation and training.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity from project feasibility study until project closure. The PMI is responsible for the implementation of GE Healthcare products, services, and site preparation, ensuring that installations & trainings are completed in a timely and quality manner in accordance with defined global standards, milestones and customer satisfaction matrix.
• Deliver the project and manage contractors and 3rd parties to comply with GE QA and EHS requirement.
• Act as the primary liaison between GE, and the GE customer team. work closely with customers facility and General Contractors
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
• Adapt a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and create and maintain a project risk log; develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible.
• Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GEHC Diagnostic Imaging.
• Additional and ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by manager.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives regionally and globally.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical field experience, majoring in BioMedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years experience in cross-functional for project integration, sale and service support.
• Strong project management skills are required.
• Knowledge in construction field (civil, structural, architectural, electrical and HVAC) with local regulation and global standard codes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates, execute multiple commitments within the constraints of environment and customer expectations.
• Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to travel regularly, flexible schedule and including overnight when necessary.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
