Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of interior & fit‑out projects – planning, design review, procurement, construction, and handover.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and drive progress on site.
  • Oversee reporting, minutes of meetings, documentation, risks, variations, and ensure full EHS & regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/M&E Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–7 years’ experience in project management, especially delivering interior/fit‑out projects for corporate offices, retail, or banking.
  • Strong technical understanding of drawings, materials, MEP coordination, and construction methods.
  • Excellent stakeholder, contractor, and client management skills with strong communication.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
