About Our Client

Job Description
- Lead local project development initiatives, including site selection, land acquisition, permitting, and coordination with both local and national government bodies.
- Manage relationships with environmental, waste management, and industry agencies to ensure compliance with Indonesia's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and waste regulations.
- Support business development by engaging with local and international partners, offtakers, and feedstock suppliers.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Indonesia project team and the company's global counterparts.
- Supervise local consultants and advisors involved in regulatory, technical, and environmental assessments.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management and business partners.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project development, ideally within the waste management, recycling, or petrochemical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of waste streams-particularly plastics-and familiarity with EPR frameworks and circular economy initiatives in Indonesia.
- Proven experience managing environmental permitting, industrial site development, and government liaison activities.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports.
