Job summary

PLP Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Data Center White Space Fit-Out in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will lead the end-to-end delivery, coordinating electrical, mechanical, ICT and ELV works on-site, while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, manpower, materials and costs, and liaise with clients and consultants to resolve issues and achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, MEP or data center projects.
• Data center fit-out experience preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient reading of construction drawings and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of the data center fit-out project from mobilization to handover.
• Plan and track project schedule, manpower, materials, cost and key milestones.
• Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee white space works including racks, containment, structured cabling, fiber/copper, power and related MEP/ELV works.
• Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, ICT and other trades.
• Attend client, consultant and site coordination meetings.
• Review drawings, method statements, material submissions and work sequences.
• Monitor progress, resolve delays, clashes and issues.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site manpower.
• Ensure safety, quality and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate inspections, testing & commissioning and QA/QC activities.
• Handle NCRs, defects and punch-list closure.
• Prepare as-built drawings, test reports and handover documentation.
