Responsibilities

• To plan, budget, monitor and report on the project with project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it’s already been approved.
• To run the project on time, in scope, under budget and meet the quality requirement.
• To serve as the bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project.
• To be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the organization’s strategy, commitments and goals.
• Ensure all activities to support project implementation are available effectively and efficiently.
• Provide accurate, effective and efficient cost with the CPI ≥ 1.
• Ensure the project runs smoothly and the SPI ≥ 1.
• Ensure the reporting documents are available according to needs.
• Ensure the best quality, competitive price and on-time delivery from the right vendor/supplier.
• Ensure the suitability of subordinate quality and quantity with working unit needs.
• Ensure resource availability in project implementation.
• Ensure to meet the quality objective and gain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven working experience of at least 5 years in project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience handling large projects in the mining and IT industries.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle 2-4 projects in parallel.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting practices.
• Advanced use of MS Project and S‑Curve reporting.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Preferable PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification.
• Advanced communication and writing skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
