Project Manager_Consumer Printer Project
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Batavia Daya Makmur.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Overall Management
- Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of the Indonesian consumer printer project;
- Coordinate headquarters production plans and product supply based on local market demand;
- Monitor sales targets, budget execution, and profitability.
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop;
- Develop annual e-commerce operations strategies, including promotions, pricing, campaigns, and traffic allocation;
- Analyze data, optimize product listings and advertising, and increase conversion rates and brand exposure.
3. Offline Market Development
- Develop local distributors, retail channels, and corporate accounts;
- Organize offline trade shows, promotions, and brand promotion activities;
- Maintain relationships with key customers and gather market feedback.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Coordinate communication between the China headquarters and the Indonesian team, including product, logistics, and after-sales service;
- Follow up on production scheduling, inventory, and local warehousing;
- Ensure project goals are met on time and with high quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, international trade, or electronics;
- At least three years of experience in the consumer electronics or printer market;
- Familiarity with the Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem and retail channels;
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams, fluent in Chinese, English, and Indonesian;
- Project coordination, strong execution, and data analysis skills;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt to a startup team environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with Chinese manufacturers;
- Previous experience working for electronics brands (such as Epson, Canon, Xiaomi, Anker, etc.);
- Ability to independently lead the entire process from market research to sales implementation.
