Job summary

PT Ega Tekelindo Prima is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in Architecture to lead project planning, coordination, and execution in Jakarta. The role requires managing timelines and budgets while ensuring design intent is realized across interior renovations and related layouts.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in project management, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience or familiarity with interior design.
• Knowledge of renovation, design, layout.
• Good understanding of project management, cost control, and schedule.
• Proficient in verbal and written English (TOEFL ITP min 500).
• Computer literate: MS Office (Excel mandatory), Word & PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand design in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as a team or individually.
