Our client is an Agency company. Currently, they are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators to ensure flawless project execution.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong communication and alignment.
- Oversee planning, production, logistics, and on-site execution for marketing activations (booths, events, sampling, etc.).
- Ensure all project KPIs (sales targets, sampling data, engagement results, etc.) are achieved.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Prepare and present project reports and performance evaluations to both management and clients.
- Mentor and coach the Project Coordinator team to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing agency, event organizer, or brand activation roles (Offline marketing).
- Proven experience leading project or field operation teams.
- Have good English skills (High conversational above).
- Have management experience.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
