Job description

Our client is an Agency company. Currently, they are looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators to ensure flawless project execution.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong communication and alignment.
• Oversee planning, production, logistics, and on-site execution for marketing activations (booths, events, sampling, etc.).
• Ensure all project KPIs (sales targets, sampling data, engagement results, etc.) are achieved.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Prepare and present project reports and performance evaluations to both management and clients.
• Mentor and coach the Project Coordinator team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing agency, event organizer, or brand activation roles (Offline marketing).
• Proven experience leading project or field operation teams.
• Have good English skills (High conversational above).
• Have management experience.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
