Job description

Responsibilities

Overseeing all offsite & onsite constructions to monitor and ensure compliance with contracts, approved specifications/drawings/documents, schedule & safety regulations.

Leads and ensure all technical works are properly guided (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.

Ensure that all activities within the designated areas are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional lines in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and contractors.

Carry out project monitoring and report on site work progress

Managing The bid process

Control the time and quality of construction/projects.

Report work progress and issues to direct superiors, both periodically and conditionally, both in writing/officially and verbally.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical
• Min. 8 years of working experience in related field
• Has knowledge of discipline engineering design criteria, methods, & workflows from conceptual phase- up to mechanical completion and supporting requirements during commissioning stage.
• Has strong knowledge in Construction Concept and Methodology
• Skilled in project management (building construction planning and execution).
• Able to prepare Project Management Reports periodically
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skill
