About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Our Client in Tangerang. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects in the Tangerang Banten & Jakarta area. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, resource allocation, and quality control
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans as needed
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project team and management
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency of project delivery

What we're looking for

• Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field.
• Fluent in English (Spoken and Written); fluent in Chinese is considered advantage.
• 3+ years of proven experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of project management, technical drawings, quality control process and safety standards (K3).
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, correspondence, and decision-making.
• Proficient in construction management software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
